Atlona представляет HDAiR wireless USB-to-VGA / HDMI адаптер

Компания Atlona анонсировала интересный адаптер PC to Computer Monitor/HDTV Wireless, который позволяет передавать через беспроводное соединение несколько интерфейсов, а именно VGA, звук и HDMI. Устройство состоит из 2-х частей, USB модуля, который подключается к компьютеру (например ноутбуку) и ресивера, который имеет выходы VGA, 3.5 дюймовый аналоговый аудио выход и HDMI.

Для связи используется беспроводной протокол UWB, который позволяет передавать данные на скорости до 480 Мбит/с на расстоянии до 3 м. На дистанциях до 10 м технология позволяет достичь лишь 110 Мбит/с. Таким образом мы получаем устройство благодоря которому можно подключить HD телевизор, проектор (который зафиксирован на потолке и до которого достаточно проблематично добраться) или монитор к, например, мобильному компьютеру без проводов и выводить на него высококачественное видео и звук. По техническим характеристикам производитель обещает вывод изображения с разрешением вплоть до 1440x1050 (для VGA) или 720p (для HDMI) на расстоянии до 10 метров. Новинка имеет драйвера под Windows XP SP2 и выше, Windows Vista SP1 и выше, и обещает выпустить драйвера под Windows 7 в начале декабря.
